The problem
If you sell a digital product — a course, an e-book, photo packs, music, software — copies usually appear on pirate sites within days of launch. Free downloads of your paid work, or someone reselling it outright.
Every platform tells you the same thing: just file a report. But the report forms are built for one obsessed person with unlimited time. You have to find every copy yourself, fill a separate form for every site, figure out who hosts it when the site ignores you, and go back weeks later to check whether the link actually died. You built the product; now piracy is your second full-time job — or it doesn't get done at all.
What we do
Every day, we search the places pirated copies land — web search results, video platforms, file lockers and their index sites, leak forums and paste sites — for copies of your work. Each hit is checked against your catalog before anything is sent, so we never file a wrong claim.
Then we file the takedown notices, acting as your authorized agent, and chase them until the links die. Most links come down within about 48 hours of the notice. Sites that ignore notices get escalated: to their host, then their registrar, then out of search results entirely.
Once a month you get one plain report: what was found, what was noticed, what came down, what's pending, and what is out of reach — with the reason, in plain words.
First takedown free
Send us one link where your paid content is being given away or resold, and we take it down at no charge. No card, no commitment. Watching your own stolen link die is the whole demo — if you want that happening every day, that's the service.
Pricing
- Watch — CAD 60/month. One creator identity, up to 10 works, up to 10 takedown notices a month. For a solo creator with one shop, one series, or one product.
- Patrol — CAD 100/month. Up to three identities or pen names, up to 100 works, up to 30 notices a month. For a serious single-creator business with a real catalog.
- Guard — CAD 150/month. Up to 500 works, up to 75 notices a month, standing search-result delisting, reports every two weeks, and repeat-infringer tracking. For small labels, studios, and multi-title businesses.
Every tier includes the daily scan, the signed-agent relationship, and the monthly report. Cancel anytime. If a bad month exceeds your notice cap, we send the notices anyway and talk about the tier at renewal — we never throttle enforcement while your work stays up.
Who it's for
Creators who sell digital products and can't afford a legal department: course sellers, authors and e-book publishers, photographers and artists, musicians and sample makers, video creators, software and tool makers. If it can be downloaded, it can be copied — and searched for, found, and taken down.
The honest part
We don't take down reviews, commentary, or parody — those may be lawful, and a false claim can cost the sender damages and legal fees, so we simply never make one. Every notice we send traces to a work we verified you own.
Some sites ignore everyone — bulletproof hosts in lawless jurisdictions. For those, the honest move is removing their pages from search results, and saying exactly that in your report instead of pretending. And we don't work on intimate images shared without someone's consent; that belongs with specialized services, not a copyright agent.
